Oh, “It’s Been Another Big Week in Real Estate,’ here at De Freitas & Ryan and I’m proud to be a part of all that’s going on.
Just back from over east and a few dollars lighter in the pocket after The Cup, but it’s been really great catching up with friends and family and checking out the Real Estate scene. It’s really “jumping’ over there at the moment and auction clearance rates are at an all time high.
Yes, we’re all busy, even the “kids’. I arrived at the office yesterday at 7:30 and was surprised to see our young receptionist, Ashleigh already hard at work. I said, “What’s going on, Ash?’ and she replied, “Hope you don’t mind but I’ve got a lot to do so I thought I’d keep on top of things by getting in a little earlier.’ I thought how lucky we are to have such excellent young people helping to build our company. (This could cost me a pay rise.)
Well, over the past fourteen years, our Robert Ryan has done a lot of deals however, none as important as this one. Yes, Robert married his beautiful bride, Valeska and we wish them every success for the future.
There is so much going on. Trav has just showed me the plans and artwork for a huge new retail/commercial development in Cannington (it takes up the whole block) that his client had just received planning approval for. “It’s all ours,’ Trav said so that’s one big new management to help build our company.
It was great having a huge month last month except that I now have all the admin side of things to take care of. I’m listing two new managements in the morning due to a former employee’s son not being happy with his previous agent and Nuno has just walked in with another cake reminding us all that it’s his birthday today.
Mig informs me that we have a new salesperson starting with us in two weeks time and from what I know of this young man, he will fit in with the team just fine.
Anyway, I’ve got to race off to the international airport to pick up the new Mr. & Mrs. Ryan who are arriving home from their honeymoon.
Before I go, I apologise for the error on our newsletter where I got the 4 and the $ sign mixed up however, it’s great that so many people are following our company.
