Busy, busy day today, so I’ve come to work early to get some admin done and it’s also a good time to type our weekly blog.
The weather is heating up out there and our Sales and Leasing team have been on fire this week. One of our lads, Sir Milton Coombe wrapped up four sales on Monday and he’s still got a “few shots left in the rifle’ this week.
Rocky flew out the door last night on his way to wrap up another deal telling Mig and I that this is shaping up as his best month ever in Real Estate and that’s coming from a man that doesn’t “pull punches’.
Travis, our quiet achiever, or should I say our high achiever has done some fantastic Real Estate work in Mandurah and I’m off to Rockingham to list fifteen storage units on Monday.
Tanya, young Daniel, Rob and Pete are all doing extremely well and Corey just keeps on listing and selling Real Estate.
I’ve interviewed some excellent people this week and it appears our biggest enemy now is floor space. Our company continues to grow rapidly and it’s great being part of such a dynamic group of talented young people.
I’m off to see our website designers, Bouncing Orange, this afternoon as we are renewing our site format. I’ve spent quite a bit of time this week pulling it all apart and putting it back together again so I can’t wait to see how it all looks and works.
This week has, “Been a Really Big Week In Real Estate,’ and it’s a very exciting time for us all here at De Freitas & Ryan.
