Nuno wants a bigger white board and Melita wants a few days off as they have had, “A Really Big Week In Real Estate’, with a huge amount of activity in Residential leasing.
He’s a funny boy our Rocky Balboa. I can hear him from here at the top of his voice boasting about a sale or a lease he’s done and waving his deposit cheque around at the girls in the reception area. He’s doing exceptionally well and he puts it all down to the fact of his good looks being displaced on the side of his car with his De Freitas & Ryan Commercial sticker.
Samantha’s the birthday girl this week which means more cake, more calories, more celebrations and more satisfaction in seeing the younger brigade at De Freitas & Ryan maturing into top flight Real Estate people. Mig and I have been extremely fortunate in the fact that we have been building a team at De Freitas & Ryan second to none in the industry.
Sales have been strong this last week which has again placed pressure on our stock levels however we’ve got quite a few nice new listings on the way through.
Leonardo (Peter Vinci) has been working hard building our new Business Brokerage division and he is already seeing some rewards.
We’ve had a series of meetings this week in relation to that side of the business and it’s all pretty exciting.
Dalena and I are working through our website pulling it all apart and putting it all back together again with the relevant changes that need to take place. It’s a lot of fun and we can’t wait to see the finished product.
We have quite a large function on tonight so I better get on with my work as I’ve got lots to do to ensure that next week will, “Be Another Big Week In Real Estate’.
