“It’s Been A Big 100 Blogs in Real Estate’, and boy oh boy have Dalena and I had a lot of fun bringing them to you. The feedback has been amazing and the positive effect it has had on our business and the Real Estate industry itself is quite amazing.
- It’s the “Italians” birthday
It’s been fun and games here at De Freitas & Ryan in what has, “Been Another Big Week In Real Estate’. Mig and I have probably bought more real estate than we’ve sold this week but it is hard to resist some of the fabulous opportunities that are out there at the moment.
Stock levels appear on the surface to be low however sales are taking place a lot quicker. I’ve finally found the time to complete the figures for September and it’s “Congratulations’ all round to all divisions in our company including our new Business Brokerage division.
After being a bit of a star selling homes in Yangebup and surrounding areas, our Peter is now living his dream and heading up our Business Brokerage division. Obviously he’s leaving some pretty big and successful shoes to fill, however we are now on the lookout for a new Residential Sales Rep to join our wonderful, dynamic and sometimes hilarious sales team.

We shouldn’t pick on him but last Wednesday, our beloved Kiwi, Sir Milton Coombe was out doing letterbox drops for a property he is handling in Mount Claremont when we received a call form him telling us that he was a little embarrassed as he had forgotten where he had parked his vehicle and that he had been searching everywhere for the past hour or so. Milton (or Carloss) finally found his vehicle and returned to base somewhat thinner and red faced.
We’ve finally had the puzzle (as to what is being erected at the front of our premises) resolved. Sorry Mig, it’s not the King of Portugal or the Mayor of Cockburn and sorry Robbo, it’s not a statue of Elle McPherson but it’s actually a magnificent new landmark pillar with a beautiful sphinx as the headline act. Yes, everyone will now know where the “coal face’ of Real Estate is located in Western Australia and that’s 752 North Lake Road.

Dalena, Dalena, Dalena. Well, it seems our General Manager/Commercial Property Manager, Dalena has been doing such an incredible job (all our clients love her) and has grown the department to such a level that she needs a hand. Accordingly, we are now on the lookout for a new staff member to work alongside Dalena and continue to build our impressive Commercial portfolio. Why not call Dalena on 9499 6000.
