I just turned the old head around and had a quick look at the whiteboard to see just how big a week it has been in real estate here at De Freitas & Ryan. Well, I’m pleased to report that the Real Estate market here in W.A is obviously still in pretty good shape, as yes, we have been extremely active in all divisions.
The Gold Star would have to go to ‘Big Trav’ for his amazing sales success this week and Nuno, our Senior Property Manager, is obviously enjoying the fact that his ‘sidekick’ Melita is on leave, as he has been doing some really big numbers in residential rentals in relative peace and quiet.

“Migi The Marvel’s” mobile phone never stops ringing even when he’s trying to make lunch. He’s been on a bit of a hot streak lately with some outstanding sales results, so there’s every chance it’s all that chilli he loads onto those healthy salads he makes.

Young Jamie Ronci has been a wonderful acquisition to our Residential Rental team and he is continually on the go. A young man with a very strong work ethic, Jamie is destined to be a big part of the future of De Freitas & Ryan. Great sense of humour, but very serious when it comes to obtaining results on behalf of our many valuable clients.
The growth of our business has been extremely satisfying but it’s also as a result of an enormous amount of hard work on behalf of all our dedicated staff. This week has seen us make two new appointments as we undergo a restructure of our property management division.
We’ll introduce our new people to you in the coming weeks after they’ve had a chance to settle in. We are still on the lookout for a cadet Commercial Property Manager who we require to assist us in our growing commercial and strata portfolio.

Help is on it’s way, my dear. Yes, our Commercial division has been extrememly busy and our work load growing week by week, so we’ve decided to search for an assistant for our very busy lady, Michelle.
It’s very busy in here today and we’ve been doing some excellent transactions. We just leased a beautiful brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Vic Park for $550 per week and Mrs. Gorbatrov has just leased one in Langford for $300 per week. The demand for quality rental properties is very high and we have increasing demand for people wanting to buy homes and apartments as well.
While I’m typing this, I’m overhearing a gentleman in the office talking to Miguel and ‘Brains Trust’ about switching his property management from another agent across to De Freitas & Ryan. Maybe we better hurry up with our new appointments.
