When we commenced business in July 2007 we were very clear from the outset that if we adhered to our company mission statement we had a wonderful opportunity to build a fantastic real estate business. Our mission statement is simply... De Freitas & Ryan to treat people personally and professionally in the same manner as they would like to be treated themselves.
Both Rod Ryan and I wanted to be associated with people who are ethical, driven and passionate about their career, people capable of reaching the top of our industry by offering higher standards in work practice and people skills.
Fortunately whilst our company has grown so too have our people and as a result we are thrilled to announce that we will be opening De Freitas & Ryan Perth in January 2012. Travis and Dalena Lindstrom will be our new business partners with Travis licensee of the new office.

Travis has become one of the premier sales and leasing agents in Perth and Dalena as our General Manager has been a huge asset to our company. Our new office will handle the sale, leasing and management of residential, commercial and strata properties as well as the sale of businesses.
With the highly anticipated reduction of interest rates on Melbourne Cup Day and the continuing strength in the market, it seems the ideal time for Travis and Dalena to burst out of the barriers and head for the winners circle of the Perth’s real estate market.
Obviously with Christmas almost upon us and lots of organisational work ahead of us we are all going to be extremely busy, however rest assured we will be on top of our game and continuing to offer outstanding service during this time.
