Welcome to our De Freitas & Ryan Monthly E-News Update.
When Miguel and Rod commenced their business in July 2007, they sat down and formulated a business plan so they weren’t just heading into the future blindfolded. At that time, they both were of the same mind in that they wanted to develop a people plan as well as the business plan.
It was important to them that De Freitas & Ryan associated ourselves with people of integrity and not just dollar driven ’here today, gone tomorrow high flyers’ that would never allow us to build our business on solid foundations.
Along the journey, we have been extremely fortunate and have made some excellent staffing decisions which is reflected in the rapid growth our company has experienced. Negative people are not tolerated and we pride ourselves on being driven by enthusiasm and the determination to do the very best we can for our clients. This determination has resulted in us not only building our business but building a reputation that we are very proud and protective of.
With this in mind, Miguel and Rod have been careful to ensure that approaches we had had from other real estate agents to come under our De Freitas & Ryan brand fit the philosophy, ideas and goals of our existing business.
We are proud to announce that Rod Searle of Rod Searle Real Estate Pty Ltd has now joined our brand and will be working in conjunction with De Freitas & Ryan. We are thrilled to be associated with Rod’s north of the river real estate company and we look forward to a long and beneficial association between our two companies.
Now that we are only one month away from the end of financial year and our 2nd birthday, we are mindful of having all our administrative side of things in order as we are determined to continue to grow our business and reputation going forward even though there appears to be ’storm clouds on the horizon’. Even with that kind of forecast, our business plans on creating plenty of room under our umbrella for people and organisations of the standing of Rod Searle.
